Typical Implementation Timeline 4-6 Weeks

Implementation time depends on number of inspections, maintenance process complexity, required integrations and how well prepared the customer is with supporting materials. An implementation maybe completed in as little as two weeks, with typical implementations lasting about 4-6 weeks.

Each customer is assigned a dedicated Customer Success Executive as an ongoing resource to help each business maximize the value of their Driveroo project. An implementation lead will be assigned to the customer to maintain continuity and knowledge of the customer’s needs within the Driveroo Concierge service. In addition, Driveroo’s Customer Support team monitors the electronic support channels to respond to any questions.

Basic safety and maintenance workflows can be implemented directly from the worksheet provided by Driveroo, but there may also be some video calls scheduled to more precisely document processes that involve Smart automations and Bots, or to develop custom dashboards and reports. In most cases the Driveroo design team has access to images used to create the Turbographic illustrations used in inspections, but customers can also provide their images or illustrations to ensure that the inspections and work instructions match vehicles and equipment exactly.
